Big broad curved point on blade just right for scraping.

Overall length: 8.5 inches (21cm)

Weight: 8ozs (227grams)

Tang: full tang construction gives excellent strength and balance.

Sheath: Very nice shaped leather sheath with belt loop and retaining strap.

Handle: Beautifully finished hardwood handle with brass rivets and a stainless steel finger guard. Fits the hand very well especially when the thumb is up on the blade. Lanyard hole.

Condition: Brand new, unused.

What makes these knives superb is the steel used. Many knives are made with inferior grades of stainless steel. “Stainless” is a large group of steel alloys – many entirely unsuitable for blade use.

Grade 420 is capable of attaining great hardness, sharpness and wear resistance. Its very high carbon content is responsible for these characteristics along with superior heat treatment. Of course this is also more expensive – you get what you pay for.

A great design, beautifully made and finished. This blade is tough and versatile and very collectible.
