Liner safety blade lock
Handle: 4.5″ (11.5cm) long alloy grips. Has belt clip. The handle is a feature of this knife as it is very secure and comfortable.

Weight: 4ozs. (112 grams)
What makes these knives superb is the steel used. Many knives are made with inferior grades of stainless steel. “Stainless” is a large group of steel alloys – many entirely unsuitable for blade use.
Grade 440 is capable of attaining the best hardness, sharpness and wear resistance of all the stainless alloys. Its very high carbon content is responsible for these characteristics along with superior heat treatment. Of course this is also more expensive – you get what you pay for.
The quality of steel in this knife is unsurpassed being the 440C grade.
440C is the best of the 440 grades at edge retention. Its very high carbon content is capable of attaining, after heat treatment, the highest strength, hardness (RC60) and exceptional wear resistance of all the stainless alloys. The chrome content provide good corrosion and stain resistance as well.
This is a really nice large example and well made. Strong construction means that this is not a wimpy knife and is larger than most and much better quality. Great price.
